What does a download pass cover?
Every file in the catalogue, free and paid, up to your pass limits. Files bought separately stay yours after the pass ends.
How do the daily file limits work?
Each pass allows a set number of new files per day, counted from midnight UTC. Downloading the same file again does not count twice.
What counts as a device?
A browser or computer you are signed in on. Signing in on a new device when you are at the limit signs out the oldest one.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is broken or does not match its description, contact support within 7 days and we will replace it or refund the pass day.
Do passes renew automatically?
No. A pass ends when its time runs out. You can buy the next one whenever you need it.
